On Saturday we took part of the RUN FOR EQUAL MENTAL HEALTH organised by our friends at FIERCE RUN FORCE – A great opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

One of the main theme was the positive effects that running can bring on mental health. Because, yes running can be beneficial for our mental health, not only because it helps clear ones mind. Running helps release natural happiness hormones. Messenger substances whose effect is also used in the treatment against depression. ✨
